Group headshots can be done either in the studio or on-site at your location. Let's meet to discuss your goals and what your team headshots should say about you and your organization.

On-site shoots are generally scheduled in five, ten or fifteen minute increments; studio shoots are scheduled at specific times in small groups at the studio.

Group headshot session final images are usually ready in 48-72 hours after your shoot and delivered online, but rush processing and alternate delivery is available.

On-location group headshot sessions pricing

For group headshots at your location, pricing is available for the total number of headshots you'll want to shoot. Headshots come with the on-location headshot session, light photo edits and basic retouching.

3 - 5 Headshots, Edits & Retouching $85/headshot
6 - 15 Headshots, Edits & Retouching $72/headshot
16 - 35 Headshots, Edits & Retouching $62/headshot
36 - 50 Headshots, Edits & Retouching $55/headshot

For more than 50 headshots on-location, headshot group sessions in the studio or specific requirements for your images, please contact us for a quote.

How many people can you shoot in a day?

I’ve done sessions from 5 to 50 headshots in a single day—about 10 minutes per person—but it always starts with a chat. We talk about your team size, your timeline, and your budget to find the best fit.

Can you photograph us on a brand color backdrop?

Absolutely. I want to help you create strong, consistent imagery with an on-brand look across your team. If brand colors are important, we’ve got options—let’s talk about what works best for your setup.

We’re really busy. How do you get everyone’s headshot done?

I’m here to make the process smooth—from setup to delivery—and that includes offering both in-studio and on-location sessions. Each team can book for the location and time that's best for them, and work around their daily activities.
